Yes, if one wishes to join our program, he/she must first be referred to by a doctor. The referral should then be sent to us for application to the programme.

When visiting DKGhs for the physical test (prior to the inception of the program), one should wear running shoes in order to be able to perform the required tests.

  1. Products for personal care ( toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, shampoo).
  2. Comfortable clothing ,clothes for gym and pyjamas/nightdress ( for a week only)
  3. Mobile and charges
  4. Laptop, iPad (plus small chargers)
  5. File, notebooks and pen/pencil
  6. Shoes- sport slippers, bedroom slipper, comfortable shoes
  7. Medications should be brought in their original package. Place all medication with the doctor’s prescription in a bag marked with your name and identity number (medicines will be kept at the clinic upon your arrival).
  8. Panadols
  9. Personal towels (large and small)
  10. Blanket
  11. Identity card
  12. Small amount of cash
  13. A packet of water
  14. Alarm clock
  15. Soap and cloth detergent
  16. things to make your room more comfortable and welcoming

The inpatient programme is 8 weeks; however, post completion of the programme patients will be followed up on an out-patient basis.
